How to Submit Your Coins

  1. Step 1: Place Your Order

    Use the required turnaround time you need for your coins to be graded.

  2. Step 2: Pay for Your Order

    Payment is made at checkout. Select the time service: bronze, silver, or gold. Our quickest service is just 3 days!

  3. Step 3: Confirmation Email

    Once payment is made, you'll receive a confirmation email with an easy-to-complete submission form. The form also includes the MGC office address.

  4. Step 4: Package Your Coins

    Purchase our secure package if you don't have protected coins sleeves or cases. All coins must be sent in either. Ensure proper packaging to avoid transit issues.

  5. Step 5: Fill Out Submission Form

    Complete the submission form sent in your confirmation email. Remove the address label, place it on the outside of your submission, and include the rest of the form with your coins. If no printer, write the information on paper.

  6. Step 6: Send Your Coins

    Send all coins with a tracked delivery service. We recommend Special Delivery for high compensation cover. We can't take responsibility for coins in transit.

  7. Step 7: Arrival at MGC Office

    Upon successful delivery, you'll receive an email confirming arrival and booking.

  8. Step 8: Grading

    Once booked in, coins go through authentication and grading. You'll receive an email when your coins reach this stage.

  9. Step 9: Coins Returned to You

    Coins will be packaged and sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed UK delivery or your selected alternative service. A tracking number will be sent via email. Share the opening with us on Instagram or Facebook by tagging @mgc_uk.
